About adding text to a video in the browser
A title card at the start, a call-to-action near the end, a label identifying who's talking — this burns custom text directly into a video's picture, at whatever time range and position you choose, so it shows up no matter where the video is posted. Unlike Add Captions to Video, the text here isn't tied to speech at all — you type it yourself and set exactly when it appears and disappears.
Each line you add is drawn onto every frame within its time range — bold, with a black stroke around white text so it stays readable over any background — and the video is re-encoded back into the same container it came in as. Everything happens on your device through WebCodecs; nothing is uploaded.

Which browsers work?+
Chrome, Edge and Safari 17+ — the burn-in step needs WebCodecs.
Do you upload my files to a server?+
No — every tool here processes your files entirely on your device, and nothing is uploaded to a server. The only exception is the AI tools, which send the extracted text (not the file) to Claude to do their work.
Is there a file size limit?+
There's no artificial limit we impose, but since processing happens in your browser, very large files (500+ MB or 1,000+ pages) are limited by your device's memory rather than by us.
