About adding an image watermark to a PDF
A logo or stamp watermarked across every page marks a document as belonging to your organization, or as a draft, in a way that's harder to miss than a header line — the same idea as a text watermark, but with your own image instead of typed text. This tool places any image across every page at the position, size and opacity you choose.
The image is embedded into the PDF and drawn onto every page with pdf-lib at your chosen position, scale and opacity, entirely in your browser. Because opacity is a real property of the drawn object rather than a baked-in blend, the underlying page content stays fully intact and legible underneath, exactly as you set it in the preview.
Supported files
Accepts a PDF plus a JPG, PNG or WebP logo/image. Produces the same PDF with that image watermarked on every page.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The watermark is applied entirely in your browser with pdf-lib — nothing is uploaded.

Image Watermark — frequently asked questions
Can I use a text watermark instead of an image?+
Yes — use the separate Watermark tool for stamping text instead.
Will the image appear on every page?+
Yes, it's stamped once, centered, on every page — the same size, opacity, and rotation throughout.
Can I tile the image across the page instead of a single stamp?+
Not currently — each page gets one centered copy. For a repeating pattern, place the image on a wider canvas yourself first.
Is there a free tool to stamp a logo on every PDF page?+
Yes — upload your logo, adjust opacity and size, and it's applied across the whole document, free and with nothing uploaded to a server.
Do you upload my files to a server?+
No — every tool here processes your files entirely on your device, and nothing is uploaded to a server. The only exception is the AI tools, which send the extracted text (not the file) to Claude to do their work.
Is there a file size limit?+
There's no artificial limit we impose, but since processing happens in your browser, very large files (500+ MB or 1,000+ pages) are limited by your device's memory rather than by us.
