About generating an invoice

Putting together a professional-looking invoice — your details, the client's, line items, tax and a total — shouldn't require accounting software for a one-off or a small business sending a handful a month. This tool builds a clean, properly laid-out invoice from the fields you fill in and exports it as a PDF.

You fill in your business and client details plus line items with quantity and price; the tool calculates line totals, tax and the grand total, and lays the whole thing out on a PDF page with pdf-lib — entirely in your browser. There's no template lock-in or account needed; fill it in, generate, done.

There's no artificial limit we impose, but since processing happens in your browser, very large files (500+ MB or 1,000+ pages) are limited by your device's memory rather than by us.
