About organizing PDF pages

The organize tool gives you a thumbnail grid of every page so you can reorder, rotate, and delete pages by dragging them around — useful for fixing a document that was scanned out of order, upside down, or with stray pages in the middle.

All of the rearranging happens on a canvas in your browser. When you are done, PDFCure writes a new PDF that reflects the layout you built, with each page's content carried over unchanged. The file never leaves your device at any point.

Drag page thumbnails to reorder them, rotate any page, or remove the ones you don't need.

  3. 3

    Save the new order

Click Apply and download the reorganized PDF.

Organize PDF — frequently asked questions

Can I rotate individual pages instead of the whole document?+

Yes — the rotate button on each thumbnail only affects that one page, unlike the dedicated Rotate PDF tool which rotates everything.

What happens to deleted pages if I change my mind?+

Nothing is finalized until you click Save changes — you can keep adjusting the order, rotation, and deletions freely before then.

Do you upload my files to a server?+

No — every tool here processes your files entirely on your device, and nothing is uploaded to a server. The only exception is the AI tools, which send the extracted text (not the file) to Claude to do their work.

Is there a file size limit?+

There's no artificial limit we impose, but since processing happens in your browser, very large files (500+ MB or 1,000+ pages) are limited by your device's memory rather than by us.
