About converting Excel to PDF
A spreadsheet turned into a PDF is easy to share and print without the recipient accidentally changing a formula or seeing your other sheets. It is the standard format for sending a finished table, invoice, or report.
PDFCure reads the workbook in your browser and lays the cells out onto PDF pages. Simple grids and formatted tables convert well; very wide sheets are scaled or split across pages, and interactive elements like slicers and charts based on live data may not carry over exactly.

Does this preserve cell formulas?+
No — cells convert to their currently displayed values, not their underlying formulas, since a PDF has no concept of formulas.
What if my spreadsheet has multiple sheets?+
Every sheet is included, each rendered as its own table with a heading, one after another in the PDF.
Do you upload my files to a server?+
No — every tool here processes your files entirely on your device, and nothing is uploaded to a server. The only exception is the AI tools, which send the extracted text (not the file) to Claude to do their work.
Is there a file size limit?+
There's no artificial limit we impose, but since processing happens in your browser, very large files (500+ MB or 1,000+ pages) are limited by your device's memory rather than by us.
