Is the background really transparent?+

Yes — download it as a PNG and it will drop onto any document or background with no white box around it.

Can I use this for a legally binding signature?+

It creates a signature image you can place on a document. Whether that meets legal requirements (like eIDAS or ESIGN) depends on your use case and jurisdiction — for most everyday documents it's fine.

Where do I put it on a PDF?+

Download the PNG, then open Sign PDF or Fill & Sign to place it exactly where you need it.

Do you upload my files to a server?+

No — every tool here processes your files entirely on your device, and nothing is uploaded to a server. The only exception is the AI tools, which send the extracted text (not the file) to Claude to do their work.

Is there a file size limit?+

There's no artificial limit we impose, but since processing happens in your browser, very large files (500+ MB or 1,000+ pages) are limited by your device's memory rather than by us.
