Is my video uploaded?+

No. The cut happens entirely in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere.

Is the video re-encoded?+

Usually not. When the format allows, the tool copies the encoded video straight through, so the cut is near-instant and lossless. If the format can't be copied (or you tick 'also remove the audio') it falls back to re-recording the clip in real time, which does re-encode it.

Why did my clip start a bit before where I set it?+

A lossless cut can only start on a keyframe, so the start snaps back to the nearest one — usually a fraction of a second. The real-time fallback path cuts exactly where you set it.

What format do I get?+

The same container as the source for a lossless cut (MP4 or WebM); MP4 or WebM depending on your browser for the re-encode fallback.

Pugeu els meus fitxers a un servidor?+

No: cada eina aquí processa els teus fitxers totalment al teu dispositiu, i no es puja res a un servidor. L'única excepció són les eines d'IA, que envien el text extret (no el fitxer) a Claude per fer la seva feina.

Hi ha un límit de mida de fitxer?+

No imposem cap límit artificial, però com que el processament passa al teu navegador, els fitxers molt grans (500+ MB o 1.000+ pàgines) estan limitats per la memòria del teu dispositiu, no per nosaltres.
