Is my recording uploaded anywhere?+

No. It's captured and saved as a local file entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to a server.

Can it record audio too?+

Yes — tick microphone audio, and tab/system audio if your browser and the thing you're sharing offer it (Chrome supports it for a tab; a full screen or window usually doesn't include system audio).

What format does it save as?+

WebM in most browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), which plays natively in any modern browser and video app. Need MP4? Run it through the WebM to MP4 converter afterward.

Does this work on mobile?+

No — screen capture via getDisplayMedia is a desktop browser feature. Use Chrome, Edge or Firefox on a computer.

Ανεβάζετε τα αρχεία μου σε διακομιστή;+

Όχι — κάθε εργαλείο εδώ επεξεργάζεται τα αρχεία σας εξ ολοκλήρου στη συσκευή σας, και τίποτα δεν ανεβαίνει σε διακομιστή. Η μόνη εξαίρεση είναι τα εργαλεία AI, που στέλνουν το εξαγόμενο κείμενο (όχι το αρχείο) στο Claude για να κάνουν τη δουλειά τους.

Υπάρχει όριο μεγέθους αρχείου;+

Δεν επιβάλλουμε τεχνητό όριο, αλλά επειδή η επεξεργασία γίνεται στο πρόγραμμα περιήγησής σας, πολύ μεγάλα αρχεία (500+ MB ή 1.000+ σελίδες) περιορίζονται από τη μνήμη της συσκευής σας, όχι από εμάς.
