Video to GIF — maswali yanayoulizwa mara kwa mara

Is my video uploaded?+

No. The video is read and every frame is captured and encoded to GIF entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to a server.

Why is there a length limit?+

GIF is an old, uncompressed format — a few seconds of video can be several megabytes. The tool caps the clip length to keep the result usable.

The GIF looks grainy — why?+

GIF allows only 256 colours per frame, so gradients and video noise get dithered. Lowering the frame rate or width usually helps more than it hurts.

Does it keep the audio?+

No — GIFs have no sound. To keep the audio, use Extract Audio from Video separately.
